If search on your site is not working correctly, one way to resolve this is to re-create the search index.
You need to first clear the old search words out, then add the new search words.
1. Log in via phpmyAdmin (or command line) and empty the 'ezsearch_word` table
2. run the search update.

php -C update/common/scripts/updatesearchindex.php
