From Exponential 3.4, it is possible to configure toolbar using admin interface. This feature makes the site created by Exponential more dynamic. The following steps are needed to change toolbar of the site:
Suppose that you want to change the top toolbar of the site, click 'Set up' tab in admin interface and then click 'Toolbar management' in the left menu. Select the siteaccess which you want to change from the siteaccess list and push the "Set" button, a list of available toolbars will be shown in this page. After clicking 'top', you will get the current tool list of top toolbar of the site.
To remove tools of the toolbar, simply select them and push 'Remove' button.
To add a tool to the toolbar, select a tool from the tool list and push 'Add Tool' button. Some tools such as link, node_list, best_seller etc. have parameters which must be filled in and push 'Store' button. For tools without parameters, just ignore this last step.
To change placement of tools, write number of placment for each tool in the placement textfield and push 'Update Placement' button.

calendar tool only show in one subtree at a time

- When I browse for "show in subtree" I can only pick one subtree. Further I can not pick the top folder so that the calendar will be displayed in all subfolders (news, contacts, links and so on).
Is this how the system works by now, or am I doing something wrong?
