The role module provides an interface to the role system/engine inside the eZ publish kernel. This module provides views that can be used to manage role settings. These views are used by the administration interface. Although possible, it isn't common to use the views that this module provides when building a website (unless there is a need to replicate the role-management functionality of the administration interface).
The following table contains a list of the views that are available in the role module. Click on the name of a view for more information about that specific view (usage, parameters, description, examples, etc.).
