The RSS module provides an interface to the RSS (Really Simple Syndication) engine inside the eZ publish kernel. The views that this module provide are used by the administration interface. These views make it possible to view and mange RSS feeds in eZ publish. Although possible, it isn't common to make use these views when building a website (unless there is a desire to replicate the RSS-management functionality of the administration interface). The RSS engine appeared in eZ publish 3.3.

The following table contains a list of the views that are available in the RSS module. Click on the name of a view for more information about that specific view (usage, parameters, description, examples, etc.).

It can do both. Import feeds to object and export objects to feeds.

RSS: Consume or produce?

This documentation does not tell me if the RSS engine is producing RSS, or syndication existing RSS feeds? Maybe both?
