The section module provides an interface to the section engine inside the eZ publish kernel. Sections are used to segment the content node tree in a logical way. Please refer to the sections part of the eZ publish basics chapter for more information about sections. This module provides views that are used by the administration interface. These views can be used to view, edit and assign sections to nodes/subtrees. Although possible, it isn't common to use these views when building a site (unless there is a need to replicate the section management functionality of the administration interface).
The following table contains a list of the views that are available in the section module. Click on the name of a view for more information about that specific view (usage, parameters, description, examples, etc.).
